Develop Leaders provides management training to companies and organizations looking to develop managers into exceptional and sustainable leaders. Our training takes an ‘unconventional’  approach to teaching managers and leaders real skills in dealing with common corporate situations using tried scenarios.

Our TRAINING is designed to teach managers and leaders how to effectively manage through common problems and issues that occur on the job. We prepare your leaders to manage and apply what they learn in their everyday on-the-job situations.

Summit Itinerary 
Day One :
Our Kick-Off Meet & Greet starts at 8:00 am opportunities to network with other managers and leaders nationwide.  Participants will meet trainers and instructors and learn more of what to expect over the next few days.  After orientation and intermission, participants will attend assigned break-out sessions.

Day Two :
Participants will continue in assigned Series Breakout Sessions offered at sign-up.  The first session held in the morning and the second session following lunch. Each session is facilitated by certified professionals to provide guidance as participants learn to successfully navigate through scenarios resulting in optimal decision- making.

Day Three :  (half day ONLY)
Wednesday morning consists of a brief overview session with open mics. We encourage feedback and are eager to answer questions!  This session is followed by a message from our keynote speaker before participants receive certificates and are dismissed to head home.
